Water is life.

At Heart of the City Festival 2024, MascallDance presents a workshop for anyone wanting to honour, explore, and celebrate water and our interconnections with it.

No experience necessary.

Jennifer and Kelly guide participants through a series of invitations to get to know water more deeply. We’ll explore the internal waters of our own bodies through subtle movement, breath, and sound.

Touching, tasting, moving and listening to water, we’ll connect with the water’s quality of being. Spending time relating to water, what can we learn? Can we rediscover ourselves as fluid beings in everyday life? Embodying our fluidity, do we act differently in the world?

This workshop is for everyone interested

in celebrating the element of water,

and exploring the body’s fluid system.
