Ysadora Dias (she/her/hers) is a queer contemporary dance artist from Brazil trained at Escol de Dancas de Caraguá. I’m thrilled to be a guest choreographer for DanceStreams' 2024/25 season, an exciting opportunity.
Then soon after the Dance Party on November 3rd, I’ll be premiering Camino y Despedida, ( Walking Farewells) a multidisciplinary collaboration with amazing Latin American artists, presented through the STAND Festival (Strength Through Art Network Diversity) at The Dance Centre.
The show is about migration and oh, life… we are six or seven artists from Latin America in the show alongside other dancers and musicians. I think it's going to be really cool. You can get tickets HERE.
Your work on Camino y Despedita, reminds me of your journey here.
So many people loved it when you shared it here on the blog.
