is a Canadian actor, creator and multi-talent interested in storytelling and technology. Tobias has been an integral element of the MascallDance team for several years, as General Manager, producer of Bloom, Privilege at Home and as a performer, notably in the role of the Ocean touring the company's international co-production The Impossible Has Already Happened to New Zealand and Western Canadian audiences.
